Order Procedure
1. Email the title serial number , your mailing address and attention person to shallisell@yahoo.com
2. Total cost of your order will be email to you for payment procedures.
3. After payment is completed, email back to inform us.
4. Order will be process upon confirmation of the payment.
5. Order will be mailed out in 3 - 5 days via normal mail.
6. If you wish the order to be mail out by registered mail, you will need to top up for registered mail fee.

Faulty disc / Undelivered disc
If you received a damaged or defected VCD/DVD, we will replace it with the same title absolutely free of charge. In the event of lost mail, we will resend your order.

Payment Procedure
Payment can be made through Atm fund transfer / Internet Banking

How Will My Order Be Packaged?
For security reasons,there will be NO cover art for the particular title. ONLY title serial number will be labeled on the disc. The disc will be packed with thick papers and sealed up with an envelope.
